Tyger… Tyger…

This Digital Painting depicts my take on William Blake's famous poem "The Tyger". Coming from India, tigers are revered as majestic animals with power and poise. I wanted to portray the Tiger as a spirit animal to inspire us to burn through darkness and can claim our innate power.

The process started off with a sketch using colored markers which I then took into Photoshop to mirror, as I wanted an iconic symmetrical composition. This was followed by additional digital paints on Procreate app. I tried to create dynamism in colors by using a warm/cool color combo.
