Raagas (Melodies)

This art piece explores a fantasy scenery where a veena (chordophone musical instrument) player is playing raagas (melodies) in the backdrop of a destroyed statue enveloped by the sea. On the left there is a gulmohar tree and to the right is a pillar. The art piece went through many iterations from thumbnails, value sketches, rough comps and more refined rendering.
