Metamorphosis- Process

Metamorphosis came forth from a dream I had, of being stuck in a cocoon. This was a very symbolic dream as I was feeling stuck and something within was urging me to come out of my self-imposed cocoon and fly high! Then the light bulb moment struck when I remembered the life cycle of a butterfly and how our human consciousness also mirrors that of a butterfly.

In the beginning, we are caterpillars, slugging along unsure about our place in the world. We can be lost in emotional turbulence and broken dreams. Then we form a cocoon, where there is a period of withdrawal from the outside and we seek introspection– to remember our source. Once that process is complete, we are free to be, to truly soar high and share our gifts with the world!
